Job Description

Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for GenAI and Agent AI initiatives, from planning to deployment.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define project scope and goals.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple AI projects.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Support model development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in GenAI, LLMs, autonomous agents, and MLOps.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2-3 years in AI/ML or GenAI projects.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, LLMs
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
