AI Programmer

Role Overview: As a Gen AI Programmer at Ubisoft, you will be a key member of the team responsible for contributing to machine learning and generative AI projects in various areas of game development like Art, animation, sound, narrative, etc. Your role will involve conducting research and development in the fields of machine learning and generative AI, designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products and services, and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective communication with your manager and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and development in the fields of machine learning and generative AI. - Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms. - Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and sanitize data, perform training, and integrate AI solutions into products and services. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. - Maintain documentation of research findings and share them on appropriate platforms and conferences. - Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and keep your manager and stakeholders updated. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Solution-driven mindset, capable of handling technical roadblocks and performance optimization. - Quick learner, self-motivated, and open-minded personality with a focus on creating impact. Qualification Required: - Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. - Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). - Understanding of game development process is a preferred competency. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.,
