Skills required: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a track record of successfully managing AI Automation projects from initiation to completion. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience in handling Agile projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with Test Strategy for AI Based Projects. Proven Experience in solutioning and have understanding of End-to-End landscape around AI & Services. Clear articulation of AI concepts and project progress. Awareness of ethical implications and responsible AI practices.
