We are currently seeking an AI-powered Tech Leader to spearhead innovation and efficiency across all software development projects. This role focuses on leveraging the latest AI tools, techniques, and best practices to accelerate and enhance every aspect of our software development lifecycle, rather than building AI products. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize state-of-the-art AI-powered tools to streamline coding, testing, documentation, and project management. Continuously assess and implement new AI solutions to enhance productivity and code quality. - Possess comprehensive knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and integration within software development. Stay abreast of the evolving AI landscape to ensure the team benefits from cutting-edge technologies. - Collaborate directly with clients to understand their requirements, communicate technical solutions, and foster strong relationships. Clearly demonstrate how AI-driven approaches can enhance project value. - Provide accurate project estimations using AI-assisted methods. Develop proof-of-concept (POC) applications swiftly, often before or during initial client meetings, by leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping. - Mentor and guide the development team in integrating AI tools into daily workflows. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and experimentation with new technologies.
