Manage the SNOW (ServiceNow), our IT service ticket management system, queue for AIPS products, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.
