The role will involve extensive travel within India to engage with customers, partners, and internal Oracle teams to promote Heatwave solutions and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who can inspire and lead a team to achieve rapid growth and compete effectively with industry incumbents. Qualified candidates for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of sales and sales management experience, with a track record of success in selling software and/or cloud services to organizations of varying sizes, from SMBs to Fortune 100 companies.
