AI / NLP Engineer

You will be involved in building an AI-powered Knowledge Search Platform for the Chemical & Pharmaceutical industry using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Vector Databases. Your role will require you to design intelligent query systems capable of understanding natural language and retrieving accurate results from complex industry datasets consisting of 150+ product and company tables. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop RAG-based AI Search System using Python, Vector Databases, and LLMs. - Build data pipelines to ingest, clean & unify complex datasets (CSV, SQL, APIs) across industries like API, FDF, Nutraceuticals, Excipients, etc. - Implement Semantic Search & Embedding Models (OpenAI, HuggingFace, FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB). - Create conversational interfaces or APIs for intelligent query answering (FastAPI/Flask). - Optimize large document handling (2+ lakh rows) to prevent token limits & performance issues. - Integrate AI to interpret user intent (product, supplier, certification, country, industry). - Deploy scalable ML solutions and ensure accuracy, relevance, and reliability of responses. Required Skills & Expertise: Core Technical Skills: - Strong Python Programming - Experience with NLP & LLM Models (OpenAI GPT, HuggingFace Transformers) - Knowledge of Embeddings & Vector Databases (FAISS / Pinecone / ChromaDB) - Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) - FastAPI / Flask for AI-based APIs - Data Cleaning, Processing & Knowledge Graphs Database / Data Engineering: - Experience working with large structured datasets (Elasticsearch, MySQL, Postgres). - Familiarity with multi-table relational structures.
