Job Description

AI Model Training Expert – Text-to-Speech (TTS) We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer to lead fine-tuning and optimization of cutting-edge Text-to-Speech (TTS) models. The role involves dataset preparation (audio–text alignment, cleaning, augmentation), model training (LoRA, parameter-efficient tuning, or decoder unfreezing), evaluation (naturalness, intelligibility, prosody), and deployment for production-ready inference. Hands-on expertise with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and speech datasets (IndicTTS, LJ-Speech, etc.) is required. Prior experience in multilingual or Indic-language TTS is a strong plus.
