AI/ML Engineer Generative Systems About the Role We are building AI-powered systems that can automatically generate high-quality, structured content for a wide variety of applications. As a Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize AI models that produce consistent, reliable, and context-aware outputs at scale. You will collaborate with backend engineers, product designers, and domain experts to ensure AI-generated outputs align with functional requirements, user experience goals, and product quality standards. Responsibilities • Develop and integrate AI models (e.g., GPT, fine-tuned LLMs) to produce structured and unstructured content. • Design and implement prompt engineering strategies to maintain consistency and relevance. • Build validation pipelines to ensure outputs meet defined schemas, formats, or constraints. • Collaborate with data engineers to prepare, clean, and structure datasets for training and evaluation. • Monitor, benchmark, and optimize model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability. • Work with product teams to align AI outputs with user needs and market requirements. • Contribute to automation of AI testing, monitoring, and deployment workflows (MLOps). Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Applied AI roles. • Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or fine-tuning large language models. • Familiarity with prompt engineering and structured data generation techniques. • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. • Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI systems into production environments. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying ML workloads. • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Nice to Have • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI). • Knowledge of data validation frameworks and automated testing for AI outputs. • Background in human-in-the-loop systems for AI quality improvement. • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) for AI-assisted search/retrieval.
