AI ML Engineer

Role Overview: As an AI/ML Engineer at Gsource Technologies, you will be responsible for building a proof-of-concept for a multi-modal PDF-to-vector pipeline. Your role will involve blending research on cutting-edge vision+language models with hands-on prototyping of the end-to-end orchestration layer, from model outputs to structured vector primitives. Key Responsibilities: - Research and implement cutting-edge vision+language models for the PDF-to-vector pipeline. - Prototype and develop the end-to-end orchestration layer. - Work on structured vector primitives. - Independently research new models and implement proof-of-concept experiments. - Call LLM APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) or be willing to learn prompt engineering. - Collaborate with the team on technical findings and presentations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in Python and experience with Jupyter notebooks. - Familiarity with deep-learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). - Exposure to computer vision (e.g., OpenCV) and/or OCR tools is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Clear written and verbal communication skills.
