AI/ ML Architect

We are seeking a visionary yet hands-on AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions. This client-facing leadership role combines technical depth, business acumen, and innovation, with a focus on building scalable AI systems using the latest in ML, DL, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consulting: Understand business needs, define AI/ML strategies, and present solution architecture and ROI.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure AI solutions including data pipelines, models, APIs, and deployments.
• Hands-on Development: Build core components, PoCs, reusable modules, and ensure solution performance.
• Leadership: Guide development teams, manage agile cycles, and ensure successful delivery with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• AI/ML Expertise: Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, DL (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs), Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• System Architecture: Design of AI pipelines, microservices, MLOps workflows (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Cloud & DevOps: Proficient in AWS/GCP/Azure AI services, Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, FAISS/Pinecone.
• Data Engineering: Strong in ETL, feature engineering, Spark, Pandas, Snowflake, Kafka.
• Project Ownership: Scope estimation, delivery management, product integration, stakeholder communication.

Preferred:

• Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RLHF, and LLMs
• Knowledge of NLP, CV, RAG, Time Series, XAI, and AI Ethics
• Open-source contributions, AI certifications, or research publications

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
• Cloud AI/ML certifications are a plus
