AI Master:: Setup and Manage AI Lab

We are incubating a one-of-a-kind “AI Platform” and are looking for an experienced AI tech manager with a required minimum of 5+ years in ML/AI technologies. The right candidate will be a Master of AI ecosystem and the solutions being implemented in different vertical markets and MNCs

As part of the initial tiger team of a startup, the AI Master will be working for an investment firm to build, and scale a cutting-edge AI Lab to support

• HITL AI Ops
• Intelligent Operations
• Able to develop Agentic AIs, AI tools
• Manage Agentic AIs, AI tools and AIaaS works

Note to freshers: We are part of an investment firm, and we don't have coding or software jobs at this time. If you are open to non-tech jobs will be happy to consider your profile

Requirements

• Comfortable in a pre-launch mode startup environment. Job applicants who have the maturity to understand that startups all over the world have limited resources and employees join startups to propel their careers and capabilities – not for fancy offices or dream salaries
• A team player, who can handle multitasking and support management with pre-launch efforts
• A go-getter with a solid work ethic who can excel in a result-oriented environment

The compensation includes base salary and a generous performance bonus based on milestones achieved

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
