AI & Machine Learning Mentors

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI & Machine Learning Mentors to deliver structured training programmes in colleges and universities. The trainer will be responsible for conducting two specialised tracks:

• Applied AI for Career and Productivity – Practical training for students from all streams on how to use AI tools for academic and career growth.
• AI Development and Coding – In-depth technical training for engineering and IT students on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise, teaching ability, and passion for mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and lab-based classes.
• Teach and guide students in both non-technical and technical AI applications.
• Support students in completing hands-on projects (chatbots, recommender systems, AI-based applications).
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Collaborate with college faculty and placement cells to ensure smooth execution of programmes.
• Keep updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and industry practices.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong command over AI applications and tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva AI, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python programming with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Prior experience in teaching/training at colleges, universities, or professional institutes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse student groups.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Certifications in AI/ML/Deep Learning will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
