As an AI Intern (Developer) at ATS Services, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing real-world AI solutions within the fintech and insurance sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in developing machine learning models for various use cases. - Performing data cleaning, analysis, and feature engineering. - Working with both structured and unstructured financial/insurance data. - Collaborating with data engineers and domain experts to deploy AI models. - Researching industry trends in AI for fintech and insurance tech. - Documenting experiments, model results, and insights. - Conducting unit and integration testing to ensure code quality. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Managing and guiding the development team effectively. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - Strong Python programming skills. - Familiarity with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch. - Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. - Proficiency in data wrangling using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL. - Experience with NLP or OCR tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Experience in REST API development and integration. - Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset. - Delivery-focused with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
