About the Role We are developing a next-gen Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with an intelligent Resume Parser powered by AI/ML. We seek motivated interns passionate about NLP, Deep Learning, and Predictive Modeling to join our core development team. Internship AI/ML (ATS & Resume Parser Development) Location : Pune (Onsite/Hybrid) Stipend : 15,000/month Experience : 0.6 years to 2 years Duration : 3–6 Months Opportunity : High-performing interns will be absorbed into the organisation. Responsibilities Design & implement ML/DL models for resume parsing and candidate-job matching. Build pipelines for data extraction, cleaning, and structuring candidate information . Experiment with NLP libraries (spaCy, NER, BERT/LLMs). Assist in integrating AI models into the ATS platform. Requirements Pursuing/completed a bachelor’s/master’s in CS/AI/ML/Data Science. Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch). Familiarity with NLP, text mining, and semantic search . Exposure to APIs, databases, and Flask/FastAPI preferred. Must showcase at least one project successfully delivered during academics or otherwise. What You’ll Gain Hands-on AI/ML experience OR knowledge in HR Tech.
