About the role

We’re looking for an AI Generalist who can move quickly between research, prototyping, and production. You’ll solve real business problems with ML and AI — working on NLP, computer vision, analytics, and automation — and help integrate models into product workflows. This role suits someone curious, product-minded, and comfortable across the full ML lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype and deploy ML/AI solutions end-to-end (data → model → product).
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, audio, tabular).
• Build and evaluate models (classification, regression, retrieval, generation).
• Create repeatable data pipelines and support model monitoring / retraining.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and design to ship features.
• Improve model efficiency (latency, memory) for production use.
• Write clear documentation, explain model decisions, and address bias/ethical concerns.
• Stay current with AI/ML tools and propose relevant improvements.

Required (must-have)

• Strong Python skills; experience with libraries such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation.
• Experience with NLP or computer vision projects (research or product).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic deployment concepts (Docker, CI/CD).
• Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-have

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Production experience with monitoring, logging, A/B testing for models.
• Knowledge of model interpretability, fairness, or responsible AI practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal AI portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
