Role Overview: As an AI-First UI/UX Designer at Puffy, your mission is to accelerate creative output and drive customer conversion by designing core e-commerce experiences through an AI-first methodology. You will work with tools like Figma AI, Nano, and Banana Vertex AI to create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and interfaces for new AI-powered features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement designs that impact revenue will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design core e-commerce experiences through an AI-first methodology - Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma AI, Nano, and Banana Vertex AI - Work on A/B testing designs and maintain the design system - Design interfaces for new AI-powered features like semantic search and recommendation modules - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs that directly impact revenue Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of UI/UX web design experience with a portfolio showcasing shipped e-commerce flows that contributed to business metrics and conversion lifts - Hands-on experience using Figma AI, Nano, Banana Vertex AI, or Midjourney in professional workflows - Proactive researcher of emerging AI technologies with the ability to evaluate and integrate new tools into the design process - Understanding that great AI-powered design guides intelligent tools to create brand-aligned, high-quality outcomes that drive business results - Proficiency in designing emerging UX patterns like conversational search, assistant UIs, and recommendation modules Additional Details: Puffy offers a highly competitive and transparent salary of AED 15,000-20,000 + up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free.
