AI Evangelist

You will be responsible for leading the transformation of Quality Engineering (QE) practices through AI innovation. This role involves driving awareness, experimentation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions across QE teams to enable intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced testing efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include conducting internal workshops, demos, and enablement sessions to promote AI in QE. You will represent QE in AI councils, innovation forums, and client showcases. Collaborating with QE architects and platform teams, you will embed AI into test case generation, defect prediction, and root cause analysis. Partnering with GenAI labs and solution architects will help you contextualize AI capabilities for client use cases. Additionally, you will evaluate and recommend AI tools and frameworks. As an AI Evangelist, you will be expected to develop reusable assets, PoCs, and demo kits showcasing AI in QE. Working with product managers, developers, and SDETs, you will identify AI integration points in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will also liaise between AI platform teams and QE delivery units to align tools, metrics, and governance, and conduct training sessions with stakeholders. The required skills and experience for this role include hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, especially in test data generation, NLP-based test case creation, and anomaly detection. Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, and QA tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, Jmeter, etc., is essential. A strong foundation in software testing, test automation, and DevOps is also necessary. Familiarity with tools like AI Force, Marvel, SV Lite, and Falcon for AI-powered QE is preferred. Excellent communication skills are vital to translate complex AI concepts into actionable QE strategies. Experience in client demos, pre-sales, or internal evangelism is considered a plus.,
