Vivriti Capital is expanding its AI capabilities and is looking for a hands-on AI leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This role blends technical depth, innovation leadership, and execution excellence ideal for someone who can translate business goals into transformative AI outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's overall AI strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
• Build, deploy, and optimize advanced AI/ML models and Generative AI applications (including LLMs, RAG systems, and NLP solutions).
• Establish scalable LLMOps and AI architectures, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant integrations with enterprise systems.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts.
• Drive continuous innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as LLMs, multimodal models, and intelligent automation.
• Implement best practices for AI lifecycle management, including model monitoring, retraining, and governance.
• Ensure AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI adoption in all model deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Product, Risk, Operations) to embed AI across business workflows and decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to quantify business value generated through AI-led initiatives.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation and data-driven innovation across the organization.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
• Proven experience in Generative AI, LLMOps, NLP, Computer Vision, and production-grade AI deployments.
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying data/AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale AI implementations preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience: 510 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years leading teams.
