AI Engineer - Machine Learning/Python

As an AI Engineer at GenAI & Applied ML, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and applied machine learning. Your role will involve designing, building, and deploying AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Cohere, specifically for applications in document intelligence, automation, and Q&A systems. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into scalable platforms, utilizing tools like Lang Chain, Flask, and AWS/GCP to deploy models effectively. - Integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and zero/few-shot learning for domain-specific applications. - Develop NLP models using advanced techniques such as NER, topic modeling, embeddings (Word2Vec, FastText), and transformers (BERT, GPT). - Automate data extraction, classification, and analysis using Python, Selenium, and web scraping tools. - Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for training deep learning models across NLP, CV, and recommendation domains. To qualify for this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's/masters degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields. - Have at least 1+ years of hands-on experience in building AI/ML models. - Be proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. - Have familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Possess a strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems. - Have experience with SQL, data pipelines, and big data tools like Hadoop and Spark. - Understand explainable AI (XAI) and model interpretability. Nice to have for this role: - Projects or experience in healthcare AI, document processing, or legal/finance AI applications. - Familiarity with Flask/Django for API development. - Contributions to research or published papers in ML/NLP conferences.
