Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the role of Trainer – AI-DevOps Engineer (Training of Trainers) under a government skill development initiative. The selected candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring vocational trainers in alignment with NASSCOM guidelines and NSQF Level 5 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) programs for the AI-DevOps Engineer job role, as per NASSCOM/SSC curriculum and NSQF Level 5 or higher requirements.
• Train participants on core AI technologies, including Machine Learning workflows, model training, validation, deployment, and AI pipeline management.
• Deliver practical sessions on DevOps tools and methodologies including Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide trainers on deploying and automating solutions across cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ensure high-quality training delivery, session planning, and hands-on labs aligned with industry standards and SSC assessment parameters.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to prospective trainers, helping them understand both pedagogy and the application of technology in training delivery.
• Assess trainer competencies and provide detailed feedback for improvement and certification readiness.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and coordinate with project management teams for training logistics and quality assurance.
• Stay updated with emerging tools and trends in AI-DevOps and integrate relevant updates into the training modules.
• Support in certification processes – preference will be given to candidates who are ToT Certified by NASSCOM/SSC and hold relevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer, or similar.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on industry and/or training experience in AI-DevOps, software engineering, system integration, or cloud operations.
• Prior experience in training delivery, instructional design, or mentoring is highly desirable.
