Job Description

Job Title: Training of Trainer (ToT) – AI-Database Administrator Location: Noida, Sector-62 Experience: Minimum 2 years (Industry and/or Training) Job Description: Conduct Training of Trainer (ToT) programs for the AI-Database Administrator job role aligned with NASSCOM's Qualification Pack (QP) and National Occupational Standards (NOS). Train and mentor future trainers in database design, architecture, and administration using both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases . Cover core skills including SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL , query optimization, indexing, backup & restore, and database security. Teach the use of AI-assisted tools for automation , database tuning , and performance monitoring . Guide on cloud database operations across platforms like AWS , Azure , and Google Cloud . Train on industry tools such as Oracle , Microsoft SQL Server , MySQL , MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and cloud-native database services . Ensure participants are prepared to manage AI-driven data infrastructure , including data security and recovery processes. Preferred certifications include: NASSCOM/NSDC Certified ToT Oracle Certified DBA Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate AWS Certified Database – Specialty AI/ML certifications are an added advantage Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on industry experience in database/cloud DB management and/or training delivery .
