The role is responsible for managing customer queries and operations. This is an operational position where you will be expected to seek appropriate guidance and advice to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. Your main responsibilities will include taking ownership of customer issues, providing resolutions, researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system/application issues. Additionally, you will follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure that SLAs are achieved while proactively maintaining them.
