Job Title: Graphics Designer Location: Dombivli, Mumbai Experience: 2 - 5 years Qualification: Graduate (Must have studied in an English medium school) Industry Exposure: Canva, AI-based design tools, video editing, influencer marketing About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer who can craft engaging visuals that connect with our audience and strengthen our brand identity. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern design tools, AI-based software, and have a keen understanding of social media trends and influencer-driven campaigns. Role & Responsibilities Design engaging social media creatives, ads, and campaign graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Develop packaging designs and create high-quality product mock-ups for marketing and sales use. Produce marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, and in-store branding elements. Edit and retouch images and videos to professional standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns . Coordinate with influencers, ensuring they receive brand-aligned creative assets and visual guidelines. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels. Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and social media creative formats to keep our brand visuals fresh and impactful. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design Educated in an English medium background with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva & Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of design principles , color theory, typography, and layout composition. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT , Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, or similar, to enhance design and content workflows. Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) and ability to create realistic, high-quality product mock-ups . Experience in product photography , motion graphics , and short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific creative requirements. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design innovation. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment . Employment Type: Full-time
