AI Assurance Lead

As a highly experienced and dynamic AI Assurance Lead at LTIMindtree QE Team, your role will involve testing and validating the functionality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs. You will work closely with the development team to design test cases, execute test scenarios, and identify potential data-related issues in the AI models. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI models. - Analyse AI-generated outputs to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues. - Document and communicate test results effectively. Qualifications Required: - Experience in software testing and Test Automation, with a focus on data validation. - Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices. - Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP. - Experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions. - Knowledge of programming languages and scripting on any one automation tool. - Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
