AI Architect

As an AI Architect at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for designing solutions and implementing generative AI models and algorithms using cutting-edge techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs. You will work on integrating cloud services from Azure, GCP, and AWS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements aligned with overall business goals. Your role will involve researching the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to optimize existing models for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency. You will also be developing and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in architecting AI ML applications, with at least one year focused on Generative AI. Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is essential. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as natural language processing (NLP) tools like SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face, will be beneficial. In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, create enterprise-wide architectures, and provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of custom solutions. Your responsibilities will also include enabling delivery teams by offering optimal delivery solutions, managing projects, identifying risks, and ensuring quality assurance. Furthermore, you will be involved in competency building and branding by completing necessary trainings, developing proof of concepts, and presenting Wipro's point of view on solution design through white papers and blogs. Team management will also be a key aspect of your role, including resourcing, talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement.
