AI and Automation Executive

You will be joining Atomium Labs as an AI and Automation Executive to support creative, strategy, and media teams by leveraging AI tools for content creation, research, insights, and campaign optimization. Your role will involve generating first drafts of campaign copy, headlines, and variations using AI tools, assisting design teams with AI-generated visuals, and personalizing content for different platforms and audiences. Additionally, you will be summarizing industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer sentiment using AI and supporting strategy teams in extracting insights from large datasets. Automation of repetitive tasks, successful training, and adoption of AI workflows across teams will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be testing new AI tools, suggesting ways to integrate them into client work, and contributing AI-powered ideas in pitches and brainstorming sessions. Qualifications: - Graduate / Post Graduate in Analytics, Marketing, Digital, Content Creation. - 1-2 years of proven experience with a brand, marketing / advertising / creative agency. - Strong understanding of generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Suno, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.). - Continuous testing of new AI tools and techniques to improve output quality and reduce turnaround time. - Creative eye and storytelling ability, with technical comfort in AI workflows. Must Haves: - Interest in advertising, marketing strategy, and brand communication. - Proven experience in AI-based content creation (portfolio required). - Par socio-cultural awareness with strong subject-matter fundamentals. - Ability to understand briefs, stimulate creative thinking, convey ideas & visualizations. - Ability to multitask, engage & discuss. - Strong analytical and critical sensibilities. - Proficiency in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in written and verbal communication. - Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times. - Stay updated with developments in automation & Artificial Intelligence (AI).
