Role Overview: As an Ind & Func AI Decision Science Analyst Level 11 in Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network Data & AI practice, you will be responsible for building AI-powered applications with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will work hands-on to deliver scalable solutions for clients, design and build Agentic AI systems, define data and context requirements for autonomous agents, prepare high-quality datasets, experiment with architectures, evaluate and iterate on agent performance, leverage cloud services, stay updated on emerging trends in AI frameworks, and collaborate with consultants and managers to align technical solutions with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Build AI-powered applications with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI - Design and build Agentic AI systems using multi-agent frameworks - Define data and context requirements for autonomous agents - Prepare, clean, and validate datasets for AI workflows - Configure and orchestrate agent workflows for seamless communication - Experiment with architectures and fine-tune for accuracy and performance - Evaluate and iterate on agent performance to improve decision-making and automation - Leverage cloud services for orchestration, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions - Stay updated on emerging trends in Gen AI and Agentic AI frameworks - Collaborate with consultants and managers to align technical solutions with client objectives - Create client-ready demos and insight decks showcasing the business value of Agentic AI - Contribute to internal accelerators, playbooks, and proof-of-concepts driving adoption of Agentic AI in consulting engagements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering - Strong understanding of AI technologies, especially Generative AI and Agentic AI - Experience in building AI applications and working with multi-agent frameworks - Proficiency in data preparation, cleaning, and validation for AI workflows - Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI solutions - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong communication and presentation skills - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices (Note: The additional details about the company were not present in the provided job description.)
