AI & Agentics System Engineer

As a multi-disciplinary AI & Agentic Systems Engineer at Memorae, you will play a crucial role in our core product team, working at the crossroads of deep learning, agentic reasoning, and platform architecture. Your responsibilities will include architecting and deploying deep learning systems to create intelligent, context-aware experiences. You will be tasked with building multi-system AI pipelines that integrate tools, APIs, and memory-based reasoning. Additionally, you will design agentic flows that automate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and enable real-time decision-making. Writing and refining modular prompts for various LLMs tailored to specific tasks and use cases will also be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will re-architect platform components to ensure scalability, maintainability, and accommodate evolving AI features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI behaviors with product goals and UX principles is an essential aspect of this position. We value candidates with proven experience in LLMs, foundation models, and prompt optimization techniques. A strong foundation in deep learning, particularly in PyTorch or TensorFlow, is required. Experience in microservices architecture and container-based environments such as Docker and Kubernetes is also essential. The ability to design, scale, and maintain multi-system infrastructures is highly valued. Familiarity with memory-augmented systems, RAG techniques, and dynamic orchestration is a plus. A product mindset focused on creating useful, reliable, and human-centered AI experiences is crucial. Proficiency in Node.js and backend development in JavaScript or TypeScript is an added advantage.
