As an AI Agentic & Chatbot Developer at Bhuvi IT Solutions (USA) | NearMind, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying smart AI agents and chatbots for internal use, clients, and small businesses. Your responsibilities will include building and deploying custom AI agents, developing chatbot systems, integrating AI tools with CRMs and websites, collaborating on AI solutions for small businesses, and continuously improving AI models and automation flows. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and implement AI chat and agentic solutions using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks. - Design chatbots tailored for business needs such as customer support, sales, HR, etc. - Automate repetitive client and internal processes using AI and workflow tools like Zapier, Make, or custom APIs. - Collaborate with the AI and development team to brainstorm new agentic ideas. - Document workflows, integrations, and results. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with AI models like OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. - Familiarity with LangChain, Python, or similar frameworks for building AI agents. - Experience in integrating APIs and automation platforms. - Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills. - Understanding of chatbot design and AI-driven business workflows. - Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
