AI Agent Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents to support research automation and ESG analysis. As the primary technical specialist, you will collaborate with research and product teams to create scalable AI-driven solutions in a hybrid (remote and onsite) work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain autonomous and assistive AI agents for sustainability research and consulting workflows. - Integrate agent solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, sustainability databases, and external client systems. - Collaborate with internal research and consulting teams to develop, test, and refine agent-driven products and reporting solutions (e.g., ESG, TCFD, scenario analysis). - Support R&D of new agent features, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering. - Optimize system performance for Indian and international clients, focusing on scalability, uptime, and data security. - Write technical and user documentation, and provide occasional end-user training and onboarding. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in building agentic workflows using technologies such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and orchestration libraries like CrewAI or LangGraph. - Strong fundamentals of data visualization and dashboard integration for research deliverables. - Excellent communication and remote-collaboration skills suited for multi-location team environments.
