The candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting and compliance, ensuring smooth financial operations, statutory filings, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate records in Tally. Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, vouchers, and entries. Ensure timely posting of sales, purchase, expenses, and other financial transactions. Finalize Books of Accounts including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet. Compliance & Returns: File and manage GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances. Handle ROC filings, company secretarial work, and maintain statutory registers. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required. Manage applications and renewals of FSSAI, licenses, and other mandatory registrations. Financial Management & Reconciliations: Prepare and monitor bank reconciliations and debtor/creditor reconciliations. Ensure accurate accounting of vendor invoices and payments.
