Job Title: Telesales Executive – Shahji Ghee About Us: Shahji Ghee, established in 1957, is a trusted brand offering pure, traditional A2 cow and buffalo ghee. We are expanding our reach across India and looking for a motivated telesales executive to join our team. Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers, retailers, and distributors. Pitch Shahji Ghee products, offers, and schemes to drive sales. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships. Handle inquiries, share product details, and convert calls into orders. Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM/Excel. Requirements: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred. Ability to handle targets and build rapport quickly. Basic knowledge of FMCG/food products is an added advantage.
