About the job We are looking for a candidate who can help us expand our customer base and reach to the market. Our business is growing rapidly, and we would like someone to help us grow it further. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You must have a strong marketing background or a willingness and interest in building a career in marketing, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan. Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads. Do marketing campaign and follow up with our existing and new customers. Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings. Visit new customers in various locations across India and create business opportunities for us. Use various digital marketing tools for business expansion and generating new leads. Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies. Lead and create the marketing strategy to expand our business Work hand in hand with our CEO for business expansion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration. Good knowledge of using various digital marketing tools for expanding our business. 0-1 years of experience in marketing. Ability to multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada a plus Mechanical engineering background would be a plus.
