We are currently looking for a dynamic professional to lead a team of healthcare experts in the normalization of a substantial amount of healthcare data into standard medical ontologies. As the Project Manager for medical data projects, you will be responsible for overseeing various types of medical data to generate datasets for machine learning applications. Your key responsibilities will include developing and monitoring a detailed project plan, communicating effectively with stakeholders, managing client relationships, mitigating project risks, and maintaining thorough project documentation. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12 to 18 years of experience in scribing, transcription, or coding within the medical field, with expertise in medical transcription proofreading, reviewing physician-patient encounter summaries, and knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Clinical education or training in fields such as Pharmacy, Nursing, or Medicine, as well as medical transcription certifications, would be advantageous. Key Skills required for this role include a strong grasp of medical concepts, excellent listening and comprehension skills for medical audio recordings, proficient English communication skills, computer literacy, and a genuine passion for enhancing healthcare outcomes. The ability to work night shifts is essential for this position.
