Job Responsibilities Prepare high-quality, balanced meals according to set recipes and weekly menus. Cook multi-cuisine dishes including Indian, continental, Asian, Mediterranean, etc. Work closely head chef to maintain taste, consistency. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times. Assist in weekly menu planning and kitchen inventory management(optional). Learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking methods regularly. Requirements Proven experience as a cook/chef in a professional kitchen. Ability to handle multi-cuisine cooking (training provided if required). Knowledge of Indian cuisine is mandatory. Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new cuisines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Discipline, hygiene, and professionalism are essential.
