Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Windows Administrator, located in Mumbai. The Windows Administrator will provide technical support, manage server and system administration, ensure efficient Windows administration, and troubleshoot technical issues. They will be responsible for maintaining system efficiency, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and performing regular updates and backups. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience in Server Administration and System Administration Proficiency in Windows Administration Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus 3 years diploma government polytechnic college.
