AH QC & Customer Interaction

As a Quality Control and Assurance professional at Hindalco-Almex Aerospace Limited, your main responsibility will be to verify and ensure the quality control and assurance in the plant. You will play a crucial role in monitoring the performance of quality control systems to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency. It will be your duty to maintain all quality documents as per established standards and engage with customers regarding product quality and new product development. Additionally, you will be actively involved in documentation for AS9100, ISO14001, and ISO45001 internal & external audits, along with customer audits. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the performance of quality control systems to ensure they are effective and efficient. - Ensuring timely completion of quality inspection of the product. - Ensuring availability and upkeep of all required equipment for the quality process. - Ensuring timely completion of corrective actions for any quality issues throughout the production process. - Participating in the development of product specifications. - Inspecting all product returns, analyzing the defects, and documenting the findings. - Conducting routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, and finished goods. - Analyzing the data to identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
