Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Interns who can work remotely from their hometown or current city. The intern will be responsible for lead generation, promoting our services, counseling prospective students, and driving enrollments for our training programs. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads from your hometown/current location using online & offline methods. Promote Agumentik Educamp's short-term training courses and Agumentik Special Program. Counsel students, answer their queries, and guide them through the enrollment process. Achieve a minimum monthly target of 10 successful enrollments . Submit regular reports on outreach efforts and results. Actively participate in weekly meetings and training sessions. Eligibility Criteria: Open to college students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in sales and marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible. Must have a smartphone and internet connectivity. Program Benefits: Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 for eligible performers. Job Summary: We are seeking passionate and performance-driven sales executive to promote our career-oriented practical skills training programs to students and parents. The role involves self-lead generation, counseling, and achieving monthly enrollment targets . Ideal for those who have previously worked in fast-paced environments like EdTech, BPOs, skill development, or insurance sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads independently using various channels: Cold calling Social media outreach WhatsApp/Email marketing Local college/student network tapping Referrals and event promotions Conduct effective career counseling sessions with students and parents. Convert leads into successful enrollments for our flagship training and internship programs. Achieve and exceed a monthly enrollment revenue target of ₹3,00,000 INR . A minimum of 70% performance (₹2,10,000 in enrollments) is mandatory . Maintain a proper pipeline using CRM or Excel tracker tools. Coordinate with internal teams for program updates, onboarding, and student follow-ups. Handle objections and provide accurate program-related information. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (in any stream); MBA/PGDM is a plus Prior experience (internship/part-time/full-time) in: EdTech / E-Learning / Skill Development / Insurance / BPO / Field Sales Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English mandatory) Self-motivated with a result-driven approach Tech-savvy (able to use basic MS Excel, WhatsApp Broadcast, Google Forms, etc.) Should have a smartphone and access to the internet Available to work from hometown (PAN India); local market knowledge is a plus Compensation & Benefits: During Probation (3 Months): Fixed Payout: ₹12,000 INR Performance Incentive: ₹3,000 INR Total Monthly: ₹15,000 INR (based on minimum performance criteria) Post PPO (Based on Performance Review): CTC Range: ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives + Bonuses) PPO will be granted based on a minimum of 70% monthly performance in at least 2 out of 3 months during probation.
