Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role located in Indore, offering a mix of on-site and remote work flexibility. The Sales Representative will identify and engage potential clients, build robust customer relationships, and handle inquiries to drive sales growth for Agrosia Overseas. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company’s range of products, especially diversifying product portfolio and growing sales exposure. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business development. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Understanding of market and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including verbal and written communication. Proficiency in relevant software tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems) to maintain sales records and reporting. Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to tasks and targets. Experience in the agricultural or food product industry is preferred but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
