Responsibilities: Facilitate the team for ensuring community awareness by using community mobilization tools like posters, banners, pamphlets, motivational videos etc. Facilitate the team to build the rapport with key village leaders like sarpanch, teachers, caste leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers etc to take their help in mobilizing community. Motivate the team to mobilize community (youth, women, farmers) for building their new skills so that people are able to enhance their income through new initiatives. Facilitate the team to organize the training sessions on different topics as per the need of community specially on agriculture, dairy, poultry, goatry, mason, carpenter, house painter, plumber etc. (Organization will conduct the training of trainers).
