Agronomists

As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing farm operations using sustainable organic practices. Your role will involve conducting soil and water testing, analyzing results, and planning organic crop cycles from seed to harvest. Additionally, you will recommend and apply organic fertilizers and soil amendments, implement pest and disease management strategies, and oversee daily on-field operations and labor. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing crop health issues, managing irrigation scheduling and water usage, maintaining farm records, and providing progress reports. Moreover, you will play a key role in training and guiding farm staff on organic practices.
