Job Summary The Export Manager will lead and manage the company’s export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, timely order fulfilment, and strong customer relationships. This role will focus on growing Agrivista Industries’ global footprint in agricultural products and spices through efficient logistics, market development, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities : Export Operations Management Oversee the complete export cycle from order receipt to final delivery. Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet shipment schedules. Prepare and review export documentation and other certificates. Ensure compliance with DGFT, APEDA, Spices Board, and international trade regulations. Market Development & Sales Identify and develop new international markets for agricultural and spices products. Build and maintain relationships with global buyers, distributors, and agents. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure product quality and packaging meet buyer specifications and import country standards. Keep updated on changes in export-import regulations, trade policies, and certifications. Coordinate with QA teams for pre-shipment inspections and certifications. Financial Management Monitor export-related costs and maintain profitability on shipments. Follow up on payments, LC documentation, and bank negotiations. Maintain export sales reports and forecast revenue growth. Qualifications & Skills MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Commerce, or BBA also acceptable. 2 years’ experience in agricultural exports, preferably spices, grains, or food products. In-depth knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and logistics processes. Strong negotiation and international communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/export management software. Fluency in English; additional foreign languages an advantage.
