To achieve targeted quantity and quality milk procurement at optimum cost in the area assigned. To retain and strengthen the farmer base in the area assigned. To install MCC at village level with 15-20 Farmers minimum. To add more agents. Promotion of Agro services. Can transport management/ optimization Identify the resources to procure quality milk in the area of operations. Responsible for expanding into new centers/ Agents/ MCC Identify the farmers for dairy farming concepts. Promotes cattle feeds , Mineral Mixtures fodder Cultivation and other services Farmer welfare activities like insurance, health camps To monitor the usage of MCC assets and to do weekly cleaning & documenting. To operate the vehicle timings efficiently without delay and to help in reducing the milk reception time.
