With a strong presence across regions, we are expanding our operations in Odisha and seeking a passionate Sales Manager to drive growth in this territory. Job Posting :Sales Manager -Agri Inputs & Pesticides Company: Crops Point Advance Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Puri ,Rourkela (Field-Based) Industry: Agriculture & Pesticides Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in Odisha, building strong dealer and distributor networks, driving product adoption, and ensuring revenue growth for our agri-input portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Drive field sales operations across Odisha and achieve regional targets. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail agri clients. Lead/coordinate a sales team to deliver consistent results. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers. Track market trends, competitor activities, and recommend actionable insights. Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback regularly. Ensure strong customer engagement and after-sales support. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelors in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or related field. Experience: 5-8 years in agri-input sales (Pesticides, Fertilizers, Seeds, Irrigation etc.). Languages: Fluent in Odia & Hindi (English preferred). Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, adaptable to rural/semi-urban markets, and willing to travel extensively. Leadership: Ability to lead a small team or coordinate field staff. Compensation: Salary will be based on experience and performance.
