In this role, you will work directly with farmers who have been onboarded through FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) to drive active app usage, reinforce product value, and ensure renewal of services. Your mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge agri-data technology and its practical adoption on farms. Key Responsibilities Farmer Onboarding Handover Engage with FPOs and farmers after sales closure (MoU/LoA). Review farmer lists and verify contact information. Usage Training & Guidance Conduct in-person training in local language on app features: Weather alerts Crop advisory Irrigation planner Soil nutrition management Lead group workshops and 1-on-1 sessions in villages. Farmer Engagement & Adoption Encourage key first-use actions like payment, profile setup, and referrals. Share crop-specific tips to show practical value of the app. Monitoring & Feedback Track weekly app usage reports to identify inactive users. Visit and support low-usage farmers; gather feedback on pain points. Subscription Renewal & Upsell Promote subscription renewals and cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate with backend teams for support in technical or payment issues. Reporting & Escalation Maintain detailed records of visits, sessions, and outcomes in CRM. Escalate unresolved technical issues to internal support team within 48 hours. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Rural Development, or related field (preferred). Fresher/1–5 years of experience in rural outreach, field extension, or FPO engagement. Strong communication skills in local languages Ability to work with semi-literate farmers Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps. Experience with CRM tools and field reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts and nearby districts.
