We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Business Development Manager to expand global footprint. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, onboarding international dealers/distributors, managing exports, and driving revenue growth across borders for our agricultural implements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable making cold calls, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities :- Conduct outbound calls and Emails to prospective international clients . Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets for agricultural implements, focusing on regions with high farming potential. Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and generate interest in our services. Present and explain the features and benefits of our services to potential clients. Effectively communicate our value proposition to create compelling sales pitches. Build and manage relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and agents Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system. Develop country-specific sales strategies and targets aligned with global business goals. Ensure all export procedures, documentation, and regulations are followed (incoterms, LC, shipping, customs). Coordinate with R&D and production teams to adapt products to local farming needs and regulatory standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide support to international customers, including technical guidance, complaint resolution, and after-sales service. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a natural ability to engage customers over the phone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
