*About the Organization* : Agricom Impex Private Limited is a leading Exporter and Importer of Agricultural Products. Our major products are oil seeds, bird seeds like Yellow Millet, Safflower Seed, Niger Seed, Sorghum, Sesame Seeds, Chick Peas and Peanuts in international market. We are seeking a proactive Accounts Executive – (International & Domestic) to manage and execute merchant trading payments across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing statutory forms, accounting, taxation and ensuring compliances with regulatory requirements for cross-border payments. *Position : Accounts Executive * *Job Responsibilities* : *International Payments & Settlements* * Execute international merchant trading transactions with accuracy and timeliness. * Obtain and monitor foreign exchange (FX) rates for transactions to ensure cost efficiency. * Prepare and submit necessary banking documents & take approvals for payment processing * Prepare and file Form 15CA/CB and other statutory documents as required. * Perform (IMB) verification,lodge payment requests with the bank and follow up until settlement is completed. *Reconciliation & Accounting:* * Perform bank reconciliations and verify transactions. * Making Entries in Tally (Journal, debit, purchase, sales vouchers, stocks ) * Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers to ensure accurate payments and receipts * Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial statements. * Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. *GST Compliance & Taxation :* * Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) within deadlines. * Handle GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B vs. books) to identify discrepancies * Quarterly payments of Advance Tax to avoid penalties, * Ensure compliance claims as per GST laws. * Assist in GST audits and departmental queries. *TDS Compliance:* * Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS on salaries, contracts, rent, and professional fees. * Exercising control over monthly TDS working, payments, filling of TDS returnFile TDS returns quarterly within time *Skills & Qualifications:* Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or CA Intermediate Software Knowledge: Tally Prime Gold Technical Skills: Knowledge of financial concepts like calculation of interest, service tax, GST & Income Tax portals etc. email your resume on : hr@agricomimpex.com
