Agri Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote agricultural products and services.
• Manage relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
• Provide training and support to dealers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in agriculture.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in agriculture marketing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of agribusiness and dealer management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
