As a Sales Sponsorship Associate, your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for events in alignment with clients" goals and brand objectives. You will be tasked with developing and executing sponsorship proposals, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the full lifecycle of sponsorship agreements. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a solid understanding of sponsorship and advertising, as well as the ability to manage last-minute changes or sponsor pullouts effectively. Additionally, you should be skilled in event execution and adept at tracking agreement progress. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, fostering and maintaining relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, developing and implementing sponsorship proposals and agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events. To qualify for this position, we prefer candidates with a graduation or MBA degree, though freshers are welcome to apply. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
